Great care has been taken in designing this outstanding beachfront home, using natural woods, coral stone and marble along with attractive architectural features and wide open living spaces and terraces. The building includes 24hr security and the tropically landscaped grounds include a communal pool and sun deck.

- Summer Rates: US$ 995 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 1550 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 2500 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
