Villas on the Beach is located on a beautiful West Coast beach in the heart of Holetown, St. James and was designed by well known architect, Ian Morrison.
This ground floor apartment is unique as it offers a lovely private patio that is perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing! Just a few steps and you are on the pool deck surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and have access to the community pools. The white sand beach and sparkling Caribbean Sea are just outside of the beach gate!
This Beautiful Apartment has been tastefully decorated with a large open living area and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a full kitchen and the entire apartment is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. Guests of 101 also benefit from the use of the members’ on-site gym which is located in the basement of the building.
Located within the popular Holetown, owners will find duty free shopping, superb restaurants, bars, exciting nightlife, a large grocery store, and much more merely a stone’s throw away.
*The third bedroom is only suitable for a young child, as it is a trundle bed*
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 750 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 1,100 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 1750 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
