Villas on the Beach is located on a beautiful West Coast beach in the heart of Holetown, St. James and designed by well known architect, Ian Morrison.
Apartment No.303 is a one bedroom unit located on the second floor with an incredible view of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. This apartment is perfect for a couple on holiday – there is air conditioning and the spacious bedroom opens to the view and has a bathroom en suite.
There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen as well as maid service from Monday to Friday / 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. There is also the added benefit of membership to the in-house gym located conveniently in the basement of the complex.
Located within the popular Holetown, guest will find duty free shopping, superb restaurants, bars, exciting nightlife, a large grocery store, and much more merely a stone’s throw away.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 400 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 650 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 850 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
