Description
Royal Apartment 211 is in the second building close to the large peaceful infinity edge communal pool, solely for owners of the Royal Apartments and Royal Villas in the much sought-after Royal Westmoreland Golf resort.
This 3 bedroom, 3 ensuite bathroom ground floor apartment is elegantly furnished with hues of Caribbean blues and neutral tones.
On entering the residence, you are met with an open plan living space, which flows out onto a covered, bright sunny terrace. This is perfect for an afternoon of relaxation and enjoying sundowners or al-fresco dining with views of the perfectly manicured gardens.
The master bedroom leads onto the terrace. This overlooks lush tropical gardens. The master bathroom has a large shower. It also has a bath-tub and walk in closet.
The gated Resort of Royal Westmoreland is located on the west coast of Barbados. It is close to Holetown. In Holetown there are an array of amenities. These include banks and supermarkets. There is also Limegrove Lifestyle Center. Here you will find duty free shops, bars and restaurants. There are many wonderful restaurants within a short drive of Royal Westmoreland. Historic Speightstown is just 15 minutes drive away.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 325 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 475 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 800 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
