- Summer Rates: US$ 900 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 1550 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 2000 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
