Sunrise is an upper level two bedroom one bathroom apartment located right on the beach in Fitts Village, St James. The Moorings has been completely remodeled by the new owners and boasts a prime location on the beach – the views from the balcony are just stunning.
The tastefully furnished apartment has two large bedrooms which are air-conditioned and with ceiling fans. The large wet bathroom is spacious and has a double vanity and large rain head shower. The well laid out kitchen is sleek and modern and perfect for preparing a simple meal or a gourmet feast.

Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 280 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 400 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 600 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
