Lelant is a stunning, contemporary villa located adjacent to the 16th fairway of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Barbados. Located on a ridge that benefits from the breeze and expansive views of the Caribbean Sea, this luxury holiday villa is perfect for your golf vacation and features 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with en suite bathrooms.
The spacious living room is well-decorated in neutral colours and opens onto the expansive terrace.
The modern kitchen is any chef’s delight and opens directly onto a covered terrace for al fresco dining.
There is also a large fully air-conditioned media/games room with Sky TV and lots of books, puzzles and games for our guests to enjoy.
The first floor of Lelant is the exclusive preserve of the luxurious master bedroom, complete with a stunning en-suite bathroom and dressing area.
Both the bedroom and bathroom open onto the covered balcony where guests can relax and watch the action on the fairway, or just enjoy the views of the Caribbean Sea.
All holiday guests at Lelant also benefit from the full membership at the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located five minutes away at the enchanting Mullins Bay. Effortlessly trade your pool and deck for the soft sands and blue waters of Mullins Beach- a favorite for many Barbados visitors. Choose to snorkel or swim with vibrant tropical fish and turtles or relax in the warm Barbados sun. Services of the Beach Club include free shuttle service to Mullins Beach and Bell Captain beach services.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 1,500 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 2,300 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 3,500 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
