Description
Forest Hills No. 25 is a Stunning property located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Resort. This three-bedroom villa is set amongst beautifully manicured gardens with commanding views of the lake and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
The villa is a two levels design with the master bedroom and guest bedroom on the ground level and the kitchen, living and dining area on the upper level. The third bedroom is located in a detached private guest cottage located in the front courtyard of the property. All bedrooms are en-suite and fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans.
There is also a large communal pool only a couple steps away from the villa. All guests staying at Forest Hills 25 will benefit from social membership and access to all resort facilities and access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins, as well as Fairmont Beach Club Access
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 480 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 750 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 1480 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week

- Housekeeping 3 days a week
