This newly refurbished three-bedroom luxury home is set within the heart of the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf & Beach Resort. Overlooking the fairway, Lime Tree House is only a five-minute walk to the clubhouse and communal pool and gym.
The home offers an en suite guest bedroom on the ground floor with an expansive living and dining area, flowing onto a spacious outdoor covered terrace and the swimming pool. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped.
The master bedroom features a large en suite and a spacious walk-in closet. A covered balcony outside the master bedroom overlooks the fairway.
Guests staying at Lime Tree House may enjoy access to Royal Westmoreland resort facilities. There is a Championship Golf Course, gym and tennis courts. There is also an elegant clubhouse with a bar and restaurant. Royal Westmoreland also has a swimming pool at the Sanctuary and a cafe. The beach club at Mullins Beach Bar is just a short drive away.

Summer Rates: US$ 575 per night
Winter Rates: US$ 900 per night
Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 1950 per night

All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.

Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:

If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)

Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
