Description
The property boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and has two master suites, with one featuring a private study and view over the pool and gardens, and the other with a walk out veranda and covered sitting area. The main living space features a large open plan design with vaulted timber tray ceiling, and floor to ceiling glass doors for the full expanse of the entrance to the covered veranda and pool.
A beautifully designed kitchen featuring Miele appliances boasts an open plan kitchen with a generous centre island, that is great for the family social gathering or to prep for the BBQ pool side. The most impressive feature of this room is the wide open view out onto the pool and pool deck area, with partial ocean views. Dinning is outside under the covered veranda. The infinity pool measures 12ft by 41ft and the “sun lounger pool” where two sun beds sit comfortably in a 9” pool of refreshing water.

Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 1200 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 3000 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
- We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
- Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
- The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
- 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
- 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
- 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
