Rates

  • Summer Rates: US$ 575 per night
  • Winter Rates: US$ 800 per night
  • Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 1500 per night

All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.

Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:

  • If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
  • We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
  • Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
  • The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)

Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:

Weekly Charge

  • 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
  • 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
  • 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
