Description
The two bedroom en suite house is completely detached and situated in its own private road 2 minutes walk from the beach. The private road is opposite the Royal Pavillion Fairmount Hotel in St James. It is in a quiet, peaceful location within its own surroundings and small private gardens.
The terrace to the rear of the house has its own private plunge pool and also table, chairs and sun loungers. The property is secure within private electric gates and private road. The front terrace has a comfortable chill out seating/sofa area to relax and also a dining area with dining table and chairs.
There is air conditioning throughout the property in the bedrooms and also the living room and kitchen. There are large ceiling fans on the outside terrace above the seating and dining area.
Rates
- Summer Rates: US$ 300 per night
- Winter Rates: US$ 450 per night
- Christmas and New Year Rates: US$ 600 per night
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
